Are deposits refundable?

No. The deposits are to make sure everyone’s time is respected since there is a lot of preparation that goes into a successful appointment (like creating a game plan, and buying specific products for specific types of hair or styles people may want). The deposit gives us peace of mind when purchasing or making products that are often custom-made or high end. This helps us protect our time so that we can transform as many people as our schedule allows!

Yes! We use the same hair for all of our clients that we use when making celebrity wigs. This means that you’re getting the very best, and you can treat your wigs more like real hair. Our hair will last longer than much of what is on the market if you take care of it.

What Do I Need To Do For A Custom Wig?

As an artist, I can design a wide range of wigs for different head types, faults being hidden, or statements you want to make. This can be practical, professional, or extremely bold. All that he asks is that you send him at least one (preferably 2-3) pics of the look you want, and your head measurements. If you are not having it done in person, please send us your head circumference (how many centimeters it is all the way around), from ear to ear (first going straight across your forehead and then going around the top of your head), and finally from your front hairline to your back hairline (going over the middle and top of your head).

Working with hair is part art and part science. Since there’s no official instruction manual, everyone is left to create their own formulas, methods and techniques to carry out their vision for what your hair (and therefore you) should look like. Creating hair looks that kill requires an artistic vision, attention to details, and implementing formulas and combinations to make sure that you look amazing in your hair for a long time.

I evolved my craft while learning from some of the very best celebrity hair professionals, and experimenting on my own. This allowed me to discover new combinations and ways of executing techniques that helps those I work with to have much better looking hair, for longer, without having to pay the same ultra-premium pricing that celebrities do.

Finally, I care more than you can imagine. As someone who was picked on for not “fitting in” I am VERY well aware of the judgements people make on other people because of small things like their hair and appearance. This is why I am so passionate about giving those I encounter an opportunity to control how everyone sees them, and command the respect and awe of those around them that might otherwise just be judging them.

All bundles are 4 ounces. We recommend you use at least 4 bundles achieve a full natural look.

Can I Return Or Exchange My Luxe by Trenton Hair?

No. Please be careful to double and triple check the density, cap construction, length, color, and type and texture hair you are purchasing to make sure it is what you intend to buy. **You will have our full sympathy because we’ve all done it, but unfortunately we CANNOT perform any returns or exchanges on custom made wig orders. Once the wig has been received due to covid 19 and hygiene factors. If you received a wig say for example it arrived to you black that was supposed to be blonde. Or say you ordered straight and it arrived curly…we 100% would provide you with an exchange for your order at no costs due to the mistake on our behalf for mixing up your order.

You can expect your hair to come in a range going from natural brown to natural black.

Can Luxe by Trenton Hair Be Colored Or Dyed?

Yes. All LBT hair can be colored or dyed. Please consult with the Luxe by Trenton team on any custom colors you would like. Depending on schedule, desired color, type of hair being done and several other factors, I may or may not be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee. Also, please discuss any coloring with a professional, since it is very easy to do permanent damage to hair while processing.
